When to Consider ADHD Coaching

There are several various scenarios for seeking ADHD coaching:

  • Your child was diagnosed with ADHD and you think you may have it

  • Your partner, or employer, or family member suggests you seek help

  • You seek solutions and want to be free of your daily challenges (such as: trouble starting, feel unorganized {or the opposite, overly focused on planning}, you have a plethora of incomplete projects and tasks, unable to keep structure, or focus, your energy keeps getting drained, lack tools for short-term memory, difficulty learning what doesn’t interest you, have challenges with relationship/s, career, hard on yourself, not sure what balance and “realistic” looks or sounds like, experience anxiety in certain situations, etc.

  • You want systems and tools for both the home and office

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to pursue opening up a business

  • You are an Entrepreneur and want to make changes and good hiring choices

  • You are in a relationship and want your partner to understand ADHD better. You also want to make contributions in which your partner can rely on.

  • You want to decrease the feeling of shame and increase your confidence

  • Overall, you want to build healthier habits that you can stay consistent with

  • You want to match your ambition/drive with your strengths and interests/passions

  • You want to have a better grip on time and energy management

  • You want to rid the internal and external pressure and learn how to decrease pressure and harmonize your mind and spirit

  • You want to strengthen your Emotional I.Q. and be in charge of your emotions

  • You want to implement boundaries at home and at the office; ultimately learn how to do so effectively for all situations

  • You have a pattern of frequent job changes and want to end it

  • Your friend, partner or relative has ADHD and you want to learn more about it

  • You’ve been told you don’t have ADHD, but disagree and want to seek help

  • You have been your partner’s or child’s Executive Functioning System and want to get back to your life

  • You ultimately would like to have long-term friendships and relationships you can count on for good
