How is Coaching Conducted?

Coaching is done through Zoom/FaceTime, Google Meetup, or other preferred meeting apps for international clients. This allows clients to work from where they are(and not be late or miss their appointments). Some people find comfort in maintaining visual anonymity which is why we also use Tele-Coaching. Zoom and the like, are useful for those prone to hectic schedules, or have yet to understand new scheduling solutions. In other cases, coach and client will meet in-person.

It is recommended to meet weekly (50-60 minutes), sometimes more, especially if a client is corporate and has deadlines. Accountability is designed for each client such as: virtual check-ins (up to 15 mins.), or unlimited emails and texts. This is useful to keep momentum between sessions. Some clients need to break procrastination or avoidance habits, so I help them construct sensitive communication be it emails or certain documents between sessions via email or text. This is a good learning practice as to how to handle certain situations. ADHD can be situational! We want to stay consistent with your goals and help you build new healthy habits and systems.

Also available: two sessions per week with unlimited texting, email and a virtual checkin.

I recommend 6-9 months, though you will gain important information within 3 months. .I also work with clients much longer to assist with accountability. Change works best in trimesters. Repetition, recognition, reward, support and fun help.
