How is Coaching Conducted?
Coaching is done through Zoom/FaceTime, or Google Meetup, or Skype (list continues, especially for international clients). This allows clients to work from where they are, Some people find comfort in maintaining visual anonymity which is why we also use Tele-Coaching. Zoom and the like, are useful for those prone to hectic schedules, or have yet to understand new scheduling solutions. In other cases, coach and client will meet in-person.
It is recommended to meet weekly (50-60 minutes). Accountability is designed for each client, be it texting and, or email between sessions. Also, I offer a 5-15 minute virtual or tele checkin per week. We want to stay consistent with your goals and help you build new healthy habits and systems.
Also available: two sessions per week with unlimited texting, email and a virtual checkin.
I recommend 6-9 months, though you will gain important information within 3 months. .I also work with clients much longer to assist with accountability. Change works best in trimesters. Repetition, recognition, reward, support and fun help.
